Uses
Sterilization of various surfaces, surgical tools, room sterilization (vapour)
Effective against viruses, bacteria, yeasts  and bacterial spores
Disinfecting wounds - but slows healing and lead to scarring
Very low concentration induces healing - but not to be applied repeatedly

Caution
In higher concentration harmful and explosive

Use in alternative medicine
Either orally or as Injections for emphysema, influenza, AIDS and in particular Cancer similar to Ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy -
